Are these apartments in the center of the historical area of Porto, part of UNESCO world heritage?"

Yes, 4 of them are in this perfect location. You will be able to walk everywhere on foot. Rua das Flores is one of the most important streets in the history of Porto. You will find lots of beautiful buildings, restaurants and shops and street artists. Ribeira and the Douro River are at 300 meters. Clérigos Tower at 400 meters and Lello Bookstore at 500 meters. São Bento Train station at only 250 meters The last apartment named "Large flat by the beach (Sea view + Car Parking)" is not in the center. It is located in Matosinhos, in front of the beach. More a quiet place for families that want to go also to the beach. Bus stop at 150 Meters and Metro station at 800 meters. The Small House in the Algarve is more suited for Nature lovers that want to stay in the Algarve. It can host up to 4 people.
Is it easy to come from the airport to the apartment?

Yes, At the airport there are Taxis available 24h. During the day you will also have the Metro option and Private Shuttle option for a fixed price. Flowerstreet54 is 15.7 km from Porto Airport, 30 minutes by car with medium traffic.
When can I Check in and Check-out?

Check-in: Usually, it starts at 15:30 but can be done, in person, until 20:00. If you arrive later than 20:00, you will be able to check in but you will have to do self-check-in. We will send you all the details via WhatsApp on how to enter the apartment.. If you need an earlier check-in, we will try to accept it. But this will depend on whether we have guests doing check out the apartment on the day you arrive. This means that only a few days before your arrival we will be able to tell you if it will be possible to do the earlier check-in. Nevertheless, if it is impossible to welcome you earlier, you will always be able to store your luggage 200 meters from the apartment. Check-out: Usually, it can be done until 13:00. If we don't have guests checking in on the day you leave, we will be able to accept later check-out without any extra cost. But if we have new guests, you will have to check out of the apartment until 13:00. Nevertheless, if it is not possible to let you stay more time in the apartment, you will be able to store your luggage in the apartment until 15:30 (when starts the next check-in).
Is parking available in the area?

There are 3 underground parks. 2 of them at 200 meters from the apartment and the 3rd one at 500 meters. Cardosas Park is a good alternative. Palacio da Justiça may be the wise choice due to the lower cost. Can we smoke in the Apartments?

No, it is not possible to smoke in all 5 apartments. These are non-smoking flats.
In what floor are the apartments? Do they face the street?

The building of the first four apartments located in the city center doesn't have an elevator. Apartments located on the 1st floor: - LoveSeats at Porto Center (facing the street) - Attractive flat at Porto center (to the back with a nice view over the city) Apartments located on the 2nd floor: -Romantic flat in the Center (facing the street) -Special flat (to the back with a nice view over the city) The apartment located on the beach is on the second floor and it has 2 elevators.(facing the street and facing the beach).
Do you accept Children?

All 5 apartments in Porto and the small house in the Algarve are children-friendly.
How can I do the payment?

Payment is made in cash (Euros) upon your arrival at the apartment. But. if you don't want to carry a lot of money with you, you can also pay, 7 days before your arrival by Bank Transfer.

Do you ever rent less than 3 nights?

Sometimes, when we have 2 days available in the small apartments and 3 days available in the large apartment, we may, exceptionally, allow bookings for these available dates. Please contact us if that is the case. You can check below the available dates by unit/flat. Just select the unit and you will be able to check the available days.
Why should I book directly with you and not via Airbnb, Booking, or VRBO?

If you choose to book directly with us, you'll enjoy a more favorable offer. While it lacks the security and reputation associated with booking through a vacation rental website, the advantage lies in the ability to pay in cash upon arrival, mitigating the most significant drawback .and paying a lower price in the end.
Do you accept animals?
