What is Primavera Sound in Porto?

Primavera Sound is an annual music festival that originally takes place in the city of Barcelona, Spain. The festival features a diverse lineup of artists from a variety of genres, including indie rock, hip-hop, electronic, and more. The festival began in 2001 and has grown to become one of the most popular and respected music festivals in Europe. Additionally, Primavera Sound has expanded to other cities such as Porto, Portugal.

The Porto edition of the festival began in 2012 and takes place in Parque da Cidade which is a large green park situated in the city. The festival features multiple stages with live music performances, food and drink vendors, and other entertainment options. The event is known for its relaxed atmosphere and attracts a diverse crowd of music lovers from around the world. In 2024, the Porto festival will take place between 06 and 09 of June 2024.
